Mediation Services
Half Day Mediation: $6,500
Single or Multiple Plaintiff, five hours maximum (includes administrative fee and preparation time).
Full Day Mediation: $9,500
Single or Multiple Plaintiff, full day (includes administrative fee and preparation time).
Class Action Mediation: $12,500
Full Day Mediation - Complex/Class Action Matters (include administrative fee and preparation time).
About
Julian Alwill
Julian has worked for nearly two decades in law, starting as a clerk for a federal magistrate. He has practiced in civil litigation since 2009 with boutique firms focusing on employment law, personal injury, torts, negligence, privacy rights, civil rights, and sexual assault. He co-founded Rothschild & Alwill, APC in 2012 and has served as the lead trial attorney. Julian has also been known as “Professor” since 2018, teaching Torts and Contracts both to Santa Barbara law students, and nationally, online. He is proficient in Spanish and can conduct mediations in English and Spanish.
